Conveyors
Bucket Elevator
Bucket elevators are used for carrying materials of industrial nature. They are used primarily used for handling materials which mostly consist of free-flowing or semi-flowing bulky industrial materials. Capacities vary according to the requirements. Generally there are 2 types of bucket elevators, Belt based, chain based. A typical bucket elevator consists of a bucket, conveyor belt/chain, motors that drive the belt. They act using buckets placed in the housing, used to hold materials. These bucket elevators are used in varied industries such as steel, cement, mining, power plant, pharmaceutical industries, manufacturing, construction, waste management, fertilizer, and more. Depending on the application they are available in different material builds such as stainless steel, mild steel, polypropylene, polycarbonate, and metalized polypropylene. It is available in different configurations required to index units from single to multiple discharge units.

Screw Conveyors
Screw conveyors are simple way of material handling tool for transporting bulk materials to a uniform plane. Different types of materials like dry, coarse, sluggish, thick liquid can be carried seamlessly. It is available in sigle and twin shaft, several manufacturing companies use screw conveyors to remove accumulated dust collected from ordinary filters, dust collectors and jets pulse fitters. Several industries use it for feeding, mixing, batching and grinding.
Technical features
The Conveyor Screw Is An Essential Part Of Screw Conveyors. It Provides Motion To The Material While Revolving Inside The Trough. It Can Be Helicoid, Sectional, Or Any Other Unique Design As Per The Requirements.
Inlet And Discharge Spouts Are Fitted At Either End Of The Conveyor. Inlet Spout Is Located At The Entrance While The Discharge Spout Is The Exit Gate Of The Materials. More Than One Inlet Or Discharge Spouts With Curve Slides Are Present To Feed And Distribute Materials.
Bearings Are Fitted At Both Ends Of The Conveyor. Hanger Bearings Are Provided To Maintain Alignment Of The Shaft And Support It While Rotating For Longer Shafts
The Entire Screw Conveyor Unit Is Backed By The Trough Ends And By Saddles At Intermediate Positions.
Troughs And Covers Enclose The Material And The Rotating Shaft Entirely. There Are A Variety Of Troughs Available: U-Trough, Flared Trough, Tubular Trough, Rectangular Trough. Covers Are Chosen According To The Trough
Trough Ends Support The Conveyor Drive And End Shafts From Any Tolerances.

Magnetic Drum Separtor
Magnetic drum separators provied the top level of magnetic strength which are required for applications, including scrap processing, auto shredding, mining, aggregate, or for the removal of any large volumes of metal. Material is fed into a rotating shell revolving around a stationary magnet. Ferrous metal stays on the shell surface until it passes through the magnetic field – separating it from the normal trajectory of the nonferrous material. As the drum rotates, the metal is carried past the diverter and released outside the magnetic field. There are shafts on both end of the drump, the drum is coupled with bearings on both ends, sprockets and chain are linked with the drive.
